Note that we are still NOT actively recruiting new members at this time, but are open to letting in people who are good players and friends of current active members.

If you would like to join us, it is in your best interest (though not essential) to get to know some of our members first, so you would have valid references. You can then use the application outline found below and post an application.

When your application is submitted please give us up to a week to contact you as we privately discuss all applicants. Feel free to ask any questions you like on your application and someone will do their best to answer them in the meantime.

What we expect of you...
  • We require our linkshell to be your primary linkshell (above any social linkshells if applicable) and your sole end-game LS.
  • An effort to get along with your Linkshell mates: don't be disrespectful or outright hostile. If problems arise work them out in private or ignore the person or people you cannot get along with.
  • An effort to attend our scheduled events: we understand that not everyone can make them all due to real life obligations or plain old burnout, but you are expected to attend if you are online.
  • To not be idle and have a good attitude. Increasing your own versatility is key to strengthening the linkshell. People who can take the initiative to start/lead their own static groups with fellow LS mates to get things done are always welcome. Being a self-starter and not just waiting for others to get things done for you, is a good thing!
  • To be active on our forums: we use them to coordinate events and share information. We expect you to make full use of them to inform yourself of upcoming events, strategies, etc.
  • To be courteous to other players & linkshells: the end game scene has the potential for lots of drama. We want no part of it so try to avoid situations and decisions that lead to us being mired in it.
What you can expect of us...
  • A stable, well organized and well run linkshell: we aren't going to disband at the drop of a hat or mass-recruit or kick anyone on whim. Our leaders are all pretty level-headed.

  • A friendly and helpful environment; a home: most of us are pretty good friends and joke around with each other regularly and when you feel comfortable you can join right in. We find ffxi life goes a little easier when we're friendly instead of loose acquaintances.

  • A network of end game players: the linkshell channel often works a lot better than a shout in Jeuno to help you fill out that Cruor/ BCNM/ Voidwatch/ Mission/ Quest/ etc. party. Asking for advice and/or help in LS Chat (and offering it too) is expected of everyone.

  • To not spend hours every day in mind-numbing Alliance events. We want our members to not only enjoy having structured LS events, but have the time to pursue the other things they want that can be done in smaller groups too and not to get burned out.

  • The beatings to continue until morale improves...
There's always more to both categories. We don't expect a bare minimum effort from anyone in much the same way as we won't give a bare minimum in return. Our linkshell is fairly active and very generous with helping out once you've put in some time yourself and have shown that you are willing to reciprocate.
