We did a sky run on Friday killing Seiryu and Suzaku.

On sunday we trekked through the frozen northlands and entered Dynamis - Xarcabard, which went fantastically smooth (until we had no more extensions to get anyways) and walked away with a couple more AF2.

Warrior's Lorica (WAR) -> Thelia (4/5! missing Beaucedine)
And tonight we pushed down Golden-tongued Culberry 4 times and got 3 of the 4 people with pop items a pendant.

Following that someone noticed that Dragon's Aery was packed up, so we decided on whim to head out in force and see if we could get our first Fafnir.
We arrived and as Fafnir's window drew closer to a close the amount of people in the Aery ballooned up to something like 190 I heard someone say.
We didn't win the initial claim but the LS that was fighting it got a darter add and things really went to hell from what I hear. The other LSes present and capable of putting up a fight randomed at the zone line and we had high roll, and thus the next attempt. We were all massively psyched.
After Fafnir regenned to 100% we began, but had a shaky beginning as not all of our members were there. Some had been in the pit when the original LS wiped and they had to logout so as to not get aggro and die. After a sleep2 to gain our equilibrium we started in full force.
Let me say that hurricane wing is the devil. That caused us no end of problems, but we held on. There were too many close calls to be counted, including Fafnir doing a complete 180 at one point, but not flailing. The only reason we won, in my opinion, is due to the fact that we had an awesome turn out and received a lot of healing from those members outside the main alliance and we were able to swap some DD in and out from time to time. Our dynamis partners, sapphireblade, also gave us lots of encouragement and advice and we're very grateful to them for it.
